They are comprised of award-winning quantitative scientists and mathematicians who have successfully combined quantitative & statistical techniques to generate alpha.  With ~$10Bil AUM and a team of more than 60 Financial Services professionals, our New Jersey based client continues to expand assets based on its performance and the attention of investors to their strategy.


Compensation : $250000 - $350000

Job Function:  
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and prospects
  • Engage in business development initiatives
  • Review materials for client and marketing meetings and RFP and RFI responses
  • Communicate the firm’s investment philosophy and process, investment strategies, and performance with clients, consultants, and prospects
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends  


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA, CAIA a plus -- CFA preferred
  • 10 years of investment industry Marketing/Business Development experience with a preference in systematic or quantitative trading
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both client and business development meetings
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills critical to maintaining our Client's standards (verbal, written & interpersonal)
  • Ease in networking with most senior echelons of the Institution Investor base  
  • Proactive critical thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously  
  • Natural collaborator who is interested in working across divisions & stakeholders to advance the Fund's opportunities and investor base
  • Ability to travel both domestically & internationally on a monthly+ basis
  • Cultural fit requires a proven professional strong ethics & highest integrity
