Our client one Of New York's premier academic and healthcare systems in looking to add a Sr. Research Contract Specialist to their already successful clinical trials team. You must experience working within a clinical trials team to qualify.

Job Description:


Compensation : $35 - $35
Job ID : 17402

Job Functions:

  • Reviewing, negotiating and finalizing terms and conditions of contracts assigned. These contracts will be Confidentiality/Non Disclosure Agreements (CDA/NDA), and Industry Sponsored Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA), Maser Agreements, Amendments and come from industry sponsors, academic medical center, university and private foundation sponsors.

  • Bachelors Degree is a must, Masters Degree is preferred  
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience with clinical research life cycle experience.   
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with outstanding customer service skills
  • Proficient in platforms such as, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite
