Rapidly growing & multi-strat Private Equity Fund in Connecticut is looking to hire a driven Accounting Professional into their already impressive team to help take ownership for the compliance of the firm's multi-billion dollar CLO/CDO vehicles and will manage all financial and compliance aspects of the products.

Job Description:


Compensation : $75000 - $120000

Job Function:

  • Preparation of monthly performance reports as well as quarterly distribution reports to investors for multiple investment vehicles (CLOs/CDOs).

  • Prepare reconciliations comparing key portfolio information and statistics between the manager and the trustee.   Resolve differences in a timely manner.

  • Daily reporting to portfolio managers and CFO on investment compliance criteria and objectives.

  • Hypothetical trade testing.

  • Prepare/Calculate responses to requests from portfolio managers.

  • Maintain various projection models using Intex.

  • Perform periodic equity requirement calculations.

  • Monitor and invest daily cash balances.

  • Working with information technology to develop and implement new reporting tools and enhance reporting transparency.

     


Job Requirements:


Job Requirements:  

  • 1-3 years experience with Financial Services industry experience (preference for CLOs/CDOs)
  • Public (Big 4 or next tier), in house fund, or combination of public and in house experience
  • Ability to be in office in Connecticut location
