Job Function:

• Lead Superintendent team at a luxury retail and residential general contractor in Los Angeles
• Ability to manage multiple employees, streamline project reporting process, procedures and reporting
• Identify with the company and projects - you should be passionate about your career and commit to doing things the right way

Job Requirement:

• Previous experience building a portfolio of projects at a retail and commercial general contractor
• Hard working, committed to the end product and scaling the business as they are in a growth period
• Accountability in your actions and leadership - the department is ready to grow as they take on new projects
