One of our top clients is looking to fill a position for a candidate that has detailed knowledge of Agency Services combined with in-depth experience supporting Loan Administration. The Agency Support Associate / VP will be responsible for the timely handling of all Agency Operations and daily workflow related to Loan Administration.

Compensation : $100000 - $170000

Job Function:

  • Manage closing of the Agency deals  
  • Process daily activity events
  • Monitor daily transactions
  • Submit daily transactions for approval
  • Manage resolutions of un-reconciled funds and discrepancies
  • Interface with Business, Finance, Credit Risk Management teams
  • Analyze Credit Documentation, including dissemination of all credit write-ups
  • Communicating with internal and external clients
  • Reconciliation of interest and fees
  • Processing rollovers, funding requests, repayments, letters of credit and rate changes
  • Matching of incoming cash in WIP

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or closely related quantitative field from an accredited U.S. school (or equivalent)
  • 3+ (ideally 5+) years of relevant experience in loans administration
  • Strong understanding of origination and syndication process
  • Strong Loan IQ skills  
  • Experience with web-based systems (Intralinks, Clearpar and DebtDomain)
  • Experience and familiarity with Credit Agreements and others related loan documentation
  • Able to use MS-Office with advanced knowledge in Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Flexible and learning capacity to adapt to on-going changes
