As Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will support internal hiring efforts, working closely with our Executive Team.    The ideal candidate is a collaborative, ambitious team player with proven experience in full-cycle staffing firm recruitment. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who loves recruiting and wants to help drive the next stages of growth at WhiteCap Search.

Compensation : $45000 - $50000

What You’ll Do:     

  • Develop sourcing plans to attract top talent while building a network of candidates for various positions in all business lines     
  • Grow relationships with internal hiring managers and key stakeholders; become an expert on needs of all business lines     
  • Act as brand ambassador for WhiteCap Search and promote WCS values and successes     
  • Make cold calls and warm calls to prospective talent; source and connect with candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms     
  • Conduct structured candidate interviews, ensuring that applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience are in alignment with WCS core principles     
  • Develop job descriptions for internal positions and advertise on third party job boards     
  • Coordinate in-person and virtual interviews, debrief candidates post-interview and collect feedback  

Job Requirements:

If You Are:     

  • Well-spoken and confident, with the ability to effectively communicate and work with Executives and senior leadership     
  • Highly organized, attentive to detail, with strong writing skills     
  • Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented self-starter     
  • An analytical thinker and resourceful problem solver     
  • Comfortable conducting quality checks and navigating conflict     

And You Have:     

  • Previous experience in staffing firm recruitment preferred; recruitment for sales or revenue-generating roles strongly preferred     
  • The ability to manage and meet tight deadlines     
  • Proficiency with CRM/ATS software     
  • Advanced LinkedIn sourcing knowledge     
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook (required), Word (required) and Excel (preferred)
