A global, publicly traded media/tech/advertising company is looking to hire an international tax compliance director to oversee US Taxation. Job Function:

  • Directly manage a team of 4, training in various international compliance issues including tax technical analysis
  • Complete and review of all US tax filing requirements for international operations, including all forms including 5471's, elections and disclosures
  • Review and maintain the legal entity organization chart structure and US tax attributes
  • Monitor international tax developments including new US tax legislation and IRS notices and adjust the compliance processes accordingly.
  • Provide data support for international tax research and planning team  


Job Requirements:

  • CPA required; advanced degree in US Taxation is preferred
  • Minimum 8-12+ years’ experience in international tax with large corporate taxpayers and/or with a Big 4 CPA firm
  • Extensive experience in the US taxation of international operations required
  • Experience with Tax Series software a plus
  • Excel and Alteryx
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Advanced analytical and tax research skills
  • Strong attention to detail
