JOB DETAILS

Job Function:

• Provide consulting, planning and compliance for teams hiring are within real estate, commercial, employee benefit plans, not for profit, and service divisions
• Advisor to clients on tax services such as tax planning and tax research
• Manage day to day client needs
• Remain up to date on current tax practices and changes in law
• Coordinate with staff to adhere to budget and time constraints
• Supervise and review the completion of tax returns
• Coach and develop staff
• Provide tax research and communicate findings
• Direct work and ensure accountability

Job Requirements:

• CPA certification preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a Masters in Taxation preferred
• 2+ years of public accounting experience with at least 3+ in a supervisory role (for Manager and Above)
• Capable of managing multiple client engagements
• Technically proficient in tax software
