A highly regarded alternative investment fund is looking to hire a Tax Senior to heir team because of growth.

Job Description:


Compensation : $85000 - $120000
Job ID : 10151

 

  • Review tax allocations, book-to-tax adjustments, state apportionment and withholding tax computation for investment partnerships, SPVs and JVs
  • Prepare and review quarterly SPV income tax projections, accruals and tax estimates
  • Manage tax deliverable deadlines and set up priorities on various assignments
  • Establish contacts and work as a point person with outside tax administrators and accounting firms for timely releasing of the K1s and filing of all tax returns

 

 


Job Requirements:


 

  • Bachelor’s degree, CPA preferred
  • 2-4 years of partnership tax experience
  • Strong communication s
  • Excellent project management and tax research skills
