A quantitative trading platform in NYC is in the process of building out its trade surveillance team. This new hire will work closely with Front Office and Operations to ensure the firm is committed to regulatory protocols.


Compensation : $95000 - $120000

Job Function:

  • Perform surveillance on the firm's global trading activity
  • Work closely with PMs and Traders to ensure the firm is compliant with regulatory protocol
  • Identify inefficiencies in processes and propose solutions to streamline


Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years of performing market surveillance  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experienced working with large sets of data
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a challenging and fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with surveillance products (such as Nasdaq Trade Surveillance) is a plus
  • SQL skills are a plus
  • Fluency in English required
