Global Alternative Asset Manager with over 100B in AUM is looking to fill a Senior Associate/VP level opportunity within it's Investment Operations team. This is a newly created role that will focus on the day-to-day management of credit facilities across the firm as well as be responsible for assisting in the build out of various reporting and analytic capabilities. This is a growing platform that offers lot's of autonomy within it's growing infrastructure team.


Compensation : $125000 - $170000

This newly created role will focus on the day-to-day management of credit facilities across our platform as well as build out various reporting capabilities. Some of these include asset backed facilities secured by our fund investments, as well as subscription facilities secured by capital commitments from our investors.

Job Function:

  • Manage compliance with credit facilities, including ongoing Borrowing Base compliance
  • Review fund investments to insure optimal financing of underlying assets
  • Manage all credit facility compliance and reporting requirements
  • Manage loan approval process with lenders
  • Monitor underlying obligor financials and maintain dialogue with investment professionals to identify potential impacts to credit facilities
  • Manage relationship with Custodian / Trustee
  • Review / approve monthly Collateral Agent Reports for distribution to lenders
  • Manage liquidity at funds with credit facilities
  • Manage audit requests related to credit facilities
  • Maintain credit facility information in internal system


Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-10 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Professional background in loan operations
  • Understanding of credit facilities and/or CLOs
  • Experience with portfolio reporting/analytics
  • Takes initiative and is solution-oriented in all interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage daily, weekly, and monthly workloads.
  • Ability to multitask while staying focused.
