The Director of Employee Compliance will manage a global team and report to the company’s  Global CCO. The role will focus on maintaining and improving the company’s internal policies, procedures and controls that manage employee  conflicts. The role will also be involved with managing financial crime risk and vendor risk as well.

 

This leadership position will work closely with other senior level Compliance professionals within the firm globally along with Legal, HR, Business Management and other senior internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of Compliance experience with a strong focus managing Employee Conduct  and Code of Ethics programs
  • Bachelors degree of above
  • Excellent  verbal, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing global teams of varying sizes
