Job Function:

The Market Development Leader will spearhead managing all potential sales leads for a prominent company in the financial services industry.   The ideal candidate will have experience managing marketing automation and CRM programs.   The role will work directly with the company’s Sales team to ensure efficient follow up on leads, training on use of the company’s Leads Management platform, identifying ways to improve processes and procedures and much more.

 

This role will be the point person for these initiatives so there will be significant exposure to senior management throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience, including strong exposure to Salesforce.com
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Experience within the financial services industry
  • Proven success collaborating with senior stakeholders and motivating teams to adopt best practices
  • Ability to analyze processes and procedures and identify areas for improvement
