Our client, a global financial services firm, is seeking a Facilities Associate to provide white-glove service to it’s NYC office. You will be responsible for the conference room, mailroom, office, and facility services to employees and clients.
- Setup and maintain conference rooms according to meeting or event needs.
- Arrange catering setup and break down for client meetings and company events.
- Receive, distribute and process inbound and outbound mail.
- Act as an onsite coordinator for vendors, contractors, and other service providers.
- Proven work record of safe work practices and efficient time management skills.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, other software applications.
- 4+ years of related experience.
- Ability to organize projects, set priorities and maintain functional work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
