WhiteCap Search is seeking an Receptionist for a Private Equity firm in NYC. The receptionist will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, acting as the face of the company.
- Answering phones, meeting and greeting visitors, and managing the company’s lobby area.
- Managing conference room schedules and general upkeep of conference rooms.
- Providing ad hoc support to the Administrative team and handling special projects as needed
- Must have at least 1 year of administrative experience in an office environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent technical skills
- BA required
