The Marketing associate is a member of the  Company’s Marketing organization focused on developing and executing fully-integrated marketing strategies and creating brand differentiation for different lines of business.   

 

The associate will work closely with marketing strategists and business partners to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives, focusing on product, content and events marketing.  This new marketing function will have a dual focus, acting as a marketing generalist supporting a diverse and global marketing pipeline,  while providing subject matter expertise as it pertains to marketing analytics, including monitoring, measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives globally.  Therefore, the successful candidate should have proven experience supporting and contributing to the development of new measurement and reporting frameworks, coupled with some experience, and an interest in marketing, communications and project management.  The role offers a unique opportunity for the right individual to help shape how our business interprets and acts on marketing data.

 

Responsibilities  

•     Support Marketing colleagues in managing marketing programs and underlying tactics, including email campaigns, content development, events and advertising, coordinating with marketing resources as appropriate
•     Manage and update the global marketing calendar for the Company’s four key business areas: Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Global Public Finance, and Financial Institutions
•     Working with various business and marketing stakeholders, aid in the development and implementation of a new marketing analytics model, including development of new marketing KPIs  
•     Analyze results of marketing campaigns by collecting data and deriving insights to help our business partners make more informed decisions, assessing fully integrated initiatives and one-off activities
•     Working with the Head of Marketing, monitor the global marketing budget by communicating with regional offices, while evaluating ROI related to stated business goals and objectives
•     Support the development of scalable, self-service marketing solutions enabling employees to adopt consistent marketing practices globally
•     Work with our sister companies to advance lead generation, content monetization and cross marketing initiatives across the Company

Requirements:

•     Organized, resourceful and detail-oriented professional with Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business
•     Minimum of 2-4 years of marketing analytics/operations experience; experience developing reporting solutions and coordinating marketing programs highly desired
•     Strong communication skills coupled with analytical aptitude a must
•     Experience with organizing and coordinating simultaneous projects and activities (i.e.,  You can prioritize high-impact activities and keep smaller, complicated projects moving forward)
•     Proven ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a quickly changing, collaborative team environment
•     Proficiency in MS Office, (Excel specifically), Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Qlik, SAP preferred; experience with data visualization and reporting tools also highly applicable  
•     In addition to the requirements stated above, ideal candidates will also have experience/familiarity across at least some the following marketing areas: content marketing, digital advertising, account-based marketing, hosted and sponsored events, and CRM & sales
