Employee Career Paths

Recruiters & Staffing Associates: This is the backbone of our business. In this role, you will source and screen qualified candidates, navigate the interview process, negotiate offers and make placements with our client partners.

Account Management: All account managers work in a client service and sales capacity by managing existing client relationships and expanding those relationships by acting as the go-to point of contact for all hiring needs.

Sales/Business Development: Our sales team focuses on driving leads and outbound sales, obtaining new client partners, building client relationships, and earning new and repeat business from our client base.

Trainers: Each team has designated trainers who operate in a leadership capacity to teach recruitment processes, best practices and sales strategy to new and experienced recruiters.

Team Manager: Our team managers oversee all aspects of their teams’ operations including sales strategy, resource management, personnel development and goal setting for the business.

Operations: Our operations track is a critical part of our business for non-recruiting team members. Operational roles include administrative support, sales support, compliance, accounting and finance.

Stephanie Banat

Director, Staffing - Professional Services

Stephanie has stepped up big and has emerged as a top performer for our Professional Services Staffing division in recent months. She’s also taken on several key clients for our division and is showing incredible promise as someone who can represent WhiteCap well on both sides of the business. It’s important to note that Stephanie was faced with a huge learning curve when she joined us coming from her prior career as a journalist. She’s a great example of someone who stuck with it, worked relentlessly, and is now seeing the results from the foundation she built.

Alex Hirschenfang

Senior Director, Recruitment

Alex joined WhiteCap in October 2019 and has shown he is an extremely valuable member to the Accounting and Finance Permanent Division from day one. He brings an impressive work ethic, team first mindset and intelligent sales strategy, all with a lighthearted sense of humor to our team.
