Employee Career Paths

Recruiters & Staffing Associates: This is the backbone of our business. In this role, you will source and screen qualified candidates, navigate the interview process, negotiate offers and make placements with our client partners.

Account Management: All account managers work in a client service and sales capacity by managing existing client relationships and expanding those relationships by acting as the go-to point of contact for all hiring needs.

Sales/Business Development: Our sales team focuses on driving leads and outbound sales, obtaining new client partners, building client relationships, and earning new and repeat business from our client base.

Trainers: Each team has designated trainers who operate in a leadership capacity to teach recruitment processes, best practices and sales strategy to new and experienced recruiters.

Team Manager: Our team managers oversee all aspects of their teams’ operations including sales strategy, resource management, personnel development and goal setting for the business.

Operations: Our operations track is a critical part of our business for non-recruiting team members. Operational roles include administrative support, sales support, compliance, accounting and finance.

Andrea Rivera

Senior Staffing Associate - Healthcare

Andrea is someone who came to us with no previous recruitment experience and has gone above and beyond in her time here – exceeding goals as a recruiter and building herself as a coach and mentor to her peers. Andrea brings a great attitude to work every day and does not shy away from a challenge, always fighting for wins for her candidates, clients and the team. She is the prime example of hustle and drive, which has allowed her to achieve her goals and create new, bigger ones. The sky is the limit for Andrea!

Georgia Giese

Director - Recruitment, Healthcare

Georgia is a perfect representation of what we look for at WCS – enthusiastic, great written and verbal communication, detail-oriented and driven to succeed. She quickly became the “silent killer” in our healthcare division, closing deals at a rapid pace for someone with no previous recruitment experience. It has been incredible to watch her grow in her role, gaining industry knowledge, sales skills, and now passing that information down to her peers and other teammates. Due to her hard work and determination, Georgia was selected as our Rookie of the Year for the permanent division and will be joining the rest of our Winner’s Circle in Punta Cana in March!
