Building Her Journey at WhiteCap
Chelsea joined WhiteCap drawn to the opportunity to build something meaningful, energized by the company’s pace, people, and ability to make an impact early on.
She began with a focus on vendor management and ATS buildout, but it quickly became clear that her role would extend far beyond that. As she took on more responsibility, Chelsea expanded into a broader leadership role across Technology and Marketing Operations—bringing alignment across systems, teams, and strategy while helping shape how the business operates day to day.
Driving Operational Transformation
One of Chelsea’s most significant contributions has been helping lead WhiteCap’s ATS transition, a milestone initiative that challenged the organization to rethink processes and build a more scalable foundation for the future.
Alongside this, she has focused on creating structure and consistency across marketing, vendor management, and reporting—ensuring that teams are equipped with the tools, processes, and insights needed to operate more effectively. While much of her work happens behind the scenes, its impact is felt across the entire organization.
