This quarter, we’re proud to spotlight Mollie Ryan, Director of Allied Health, Healthcare Staffing, whose growth, leadership, and positive influence continue to strengthen our team.
Growing Into Leadership
Since joining WCS Healthcare partners immediately after graduating, Mollie has embraced every opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact. Through her dedication and willingness to take on new challenges, she has evolved into a respected leader within our Allied Health division.
Her manager, Brittney Sinker, has had the opportunity to watch that growth firsthand.
