This month, we’re proud to spotlight Moira Wright, Sales Support Lead, whose behind-the-scenes leadership has helped strengthen our sales operations and support teams company-wide.
Driving Success Behind the Scenes
For the past two years, Moira has been a trusted partner to our sales organization, helping improve processes, solve challenges, and ensure the day-to-day details never fall through the cracks. Her ability to keep projects moving while supporting multiple teams has made her an invaluable part of WhiteCap Search’s continued growth.
“Behind every successful sales organization is someone making sure the details don’t get missed, and that’s exactly what Moira does every day,” shared her manager, Chelsea, VP of Technology and Marketing Operations. “She has been instrumental in building stronger processes, supporting our sales team, and helping turn ideas into solutions that make a real impact. No matter what’s thrown her way, she approaches it with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed. “Two years have really flown by! I’ve truly enjoyed working with Barb, Nick, and Chelsea and supporting the entire organization. I’m grateful to be part of such a talented team and to work alongside amazing coworkers every day.
