March Employee Spotlight: Daniel Glavan

This March, we are proud to spotlight Daniel Glavan, a Healthcare Recruiter whose dedication, energy, and team-first mindset have made a meaningful impact since day one.
Making an Immediate Impact
Daniel joined the team just over a year ago and wasted no time jumping in. From the start, his enthusiasm and commitment to contributing wherever possible stood out.
“Dan joined us just over a year ago, and he made an impact immediately—jumping headfirst into his role and even volunteering at a company charity event within his very first week,” shared his manager, Madeline. “That moment made it clear we had found someone special: a true team player with the drive, heart, and hustle that set him apart from day one.”
His willingness to step in and support both the team and the broader community set the tone for the kind of colleague he would continue to be.
A Recruiter Candidates Remember
In recruiting—especially in healthcare—relationships and trust matter. Daniel consistently demonstrates both through the way he works with candidates.
He is known for being one of the first to arrive and the last to leave, bringing focus and persistence to every search. More importantly, candidates regularly highlight the genuine care he brings to every conversation.
“Candidates can’t stop talking about his friendly, welcoming energy and the genuine care he brings to every interaction,” Madeline added.
This combination of work ethic and authenticity is what makes Daniel such a strong representative of the WhiteCap brand.
Reflecting on the Journey
For Daniel, the path to WhiteCap began with a simple outreach message—but it quickly turned into something much bigger.
“It’s crazy to think that what started as a simple LinkedIn message from Gabby, our Director of Talent Acquisition, about an opportunity with WhiteCap Search, has led to being named Employee of the Month. I’m truly honored and proud to be part of the WCS Healthcare team. None of this would be possible without the support of the head of our division, Madeline, the healthcare team, and everyone who makes this organization what it is. I’m grateful for the momentum we’re building and excited to keep pushing, growing, and winning together.”
