“I grew up in New Jersey and graduated from Villanova University with a major in Biology and minor in Psychology with the intention of going to medical school. After graduation, I took on a clinical position as a physical therapy technician and shortly after, I made the decision to take my career in a different direction. I’ve always had a passion for healthcare and working with people so I knew I wanted to take on a role that would allow me to do both. My search led me to WhiteCap and I am thankful for the professional growth and opportunities I have been presented with in the last 2 years. I have been able to learn valuable skills and take on responsibilities that challenged me but ultimately that made me a better professional, teammate and recruiter.
