Steve has 25 years of Accounting/Finance recruiting experience with a primary focus on working with a CPA firm across the tri-state area including NYC, LI, and NJ. Steve joined WhiteCap in October 2019 to use his expertise in this space to assist with the continued growth of WhiteCap’s Accounting/Finance division. At the time, Whitecap Search needed someone like Steve to compliment the group’s existing business, and since joining, Steve has been leading with a team-first mentality.
In Q3, Steve was the Division Leader for sales and recruitment! That naturally brought the competitive spirit in the team to record levels of new clients and increased revenue for the entire division.

During his free time, he likes to run 3 times a week, 4 to 5 miles at a time. He enjoys watching Jeopardy with his son, to see his son’s reaction and see how knowledgeable he is. In life, he believes that” You get what you pay for. “There is always a silver lining, but you need to learn where to find it”. He loves seeing his children grow and thrive to be the best they can be.
Fun fact: Steve enjoys stand-up comedy and hopes one day to be on his own stage where WhiteCap can come watch him.
