After years in an environment where TA wasn’t fully valued, WhiteCap stood out as a place where she could make a meaningful impact and continue to grow as a leader.
From day one, Gabby brought energy, clarity, and intention to the role, quickly immersing herself in the business and building strong relationships across the organization.
Building a Best-in-Class Talent Acquisition Function
Over her first year, Gabby has led a full transformation of WhiteCap’s Talent Acquisition function. Her key accomplishments include:
- Revamping TA processes from the ground up
- Implementing new sourcing workflows and tools, including HeyReach
- Hiring for critical, hard-to-fill roles across multiple departments
- Improving pipeline visibility and reporting for leadership
- Strengthening collaboration between TA and hiring managers
Through this work, Gabby has positioned TA as a true partner to the business—supporting revenue, operations, and long-term growth.
Leadership Rooted in Adaptability and Integrity
For Gabby, strong leadership means being adaptable while leading with integrity—especially in an ever-changing industry.
