International Women’s Day (IWD) is celebrated worldwide on March 8th, acknowledging the achievements of women throughout history. IWD provides a public platform to not only celebrate the impact women have made worldwide, but to bring awareness to the challenges and injustices that still exist.
International Women’s Week is celebrated from the first Saturday of March, leading into IWD on March 8th! We are spotlighting members of our WOW (Women of WhiteCap) network everyday this week – visit the WhiteCap Search Instagram daily to stay up to date!
The WOW network was founded in early 2021 to empower female employees and foster their personal and professional growth. The WOW network aims to help our employees excel in sales and in business, develop future leaders in our organization, improve our company culture and employee engagement through empowerment and initiatives, and give back to our communities and client partners through our many charity initiatives.
