Whitecap Promotes Executive Director of Client Service, Nick Moll, to Partner

Nick joined Whitecap in May 2021, bringing with him extensive experience from Aerotek and a proven track record in launching new business lines. What began as a leap into the unknown quickly transformed into one of the company’s most significant growth stories.

He has guided the Professional Services and Healthcare sales teams, overseen major contract negotiation and process improvements, and established himself as the face of Whitecap Sales. His leadership has been marked by resilience, adaptability, and the ability to embrace rapid changes, qualities that make him a natural fit for partnership.
