Congratulations to Lauren Annetta for being selected as October’s Employee Spotlight!
“I was born and raised in New Jersey and graduated from Seton Hall in May of 2015 with a degree in Criminal Justice. After choosing to pursue a different career path, I found myself working in the Staffing Industry, operating and managing the Onboarding/Credentialing & Compliance space for over seven years. Throughout that time, I learned the ins and outs of the “Operations” function of the staffing business, where I ultimately craved a new challenge that allowed me to build on these skills within the staffing realm.
Upon meeting with Victoria McFadden, Barbara Tamberlane and Grant Thomas, it was clear that I needed to join the WhiteCap Search Team, as their vision of my future successes and WhiteCap’s growth was truly captivating. They believed in me, and I believed in them. In addition, this career pivot provided me with the chance to work within the healthcare space, which is very special to me, in the greatest city on Earth – New York!
Since joining the team a little over one year ago, I have gained so much knowledge in the Account Management space – fostering relationships with my clients; building up my team members whenever I can; ensuring that all our candidates enjoy working with our firm. As I continue to grow, both personally and professionally, I can’t wait to see what the future holds at WhiteCap Search. I’m forever grateful for the opportunity to work at our organization.” – Lauren Annetta, Account Manager
“Lauren’s contributions to our team go far beyond her work product. She is always a leader in the office with her can-do attitude and a desire to help the team grow. Lauren has been with a firm for a little more than a year and in that time she has grown tremendously. She has become one of the pillars of our division, working hand in hand with recruitment, sales, payroll and compliance, there really isn’t an area she doesn’t help support. I’m truly excited to see what Lauren accomplishes in the future with this company.” – Grant Thomas
