Historically, we see practicing physicians following the academic calendar of looking for jobs in mid/late fall to mid-spring. However, with the new post-Covid era we are seeing specialists back in demand and a real vigor to hire cardiologists, neurologists and other tougher specialists well before the candidate’s available start date.
