“I grew up in South Florida and graduated from Florida State University, where I studied graphic design and fashion merchandising. After graduation, I moved to NYC to pursue a career in the fashion industry with Macy’s and was there for 3 years before deciding to make a career pivot into recruiting. I joined WhiteCap in 2021 as a Staffing Associate on the newly founded Professional Services team and quickly grew into an account management role. In the Spring of 2022, I had the opportunity to transition to my current role as Director of Internal Talent, solely as a result of the company’s rapid growth. Since then, I have worked closely with our executive leadership team to develop a structured process for acquiring the best talent and have implemented aggressive goals that impact the continued evolution of the firm. If I had been asked three years ago how I envisioned my career, I never could have anticipated that I would build out and lead my own team in another newly formed business unit.
