At our annual Summer Outing on August 19th, WhiteCap Search spent the day in Eastern Long Island socializing with their teams outside of the office.

We are looking to grow even faster in the next 5 years as we did in the first 5. To do so, we are going to see people move into new and exciting roles and we will bring top-tier new talent to the organization. Every year the summer outing and holiday party has more people than the next – I don’t anticipate that changing anytime soon!”
