The Joint Commission is a governing board within the healthcare industry that drives quality and improvement and patient safety. This achievement recognizes WCS as part of an elite group of Healthcare staffing firms that are highly regarded leaders within the industry.
On Friday, January 8th, Grant Thomas, our Managing Director of Temporary Staffing, led WCS Healthcare Partners through our initial Joint Commission audit. Over 22,000 US healthcare organizations seek accreditation or certification from the Joint Commission on an annual basis.

The Staffing Services certification is only available to Staffing Firms who place Physicians, Advanced Practice Clinicians, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and other Allied health professionals into Hospitals, Practices, Community Centers, Schools, and other settings.

The Healthcare Operations team leaders spent the better part of 2020 developing their operational procedures, clinical training, and performance evaluation process for all of our temporary placements and prepared hundreds of active worker files for the audit.
